palace stay reflections

charming gardens clean pool area
I found the gardens especially charming. Many trees are there and illuminated features too. the pool area was kept very clean. It was superb. it provided many places to sit both outside and inside.
taxis often could not access the hotel entrance late at night, i had to walk from the gate. this felt inconvenient for a 5-star hotel. i wish this could be improved in the future. It caused some frustration.

The uniformed staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness. They are a highlight. they did a very good job and those that recruit and train these good people should be commended. staff was very helpful.

several restaurants are available with varied cuisines, including moroccan, italian and french food. the breakfast offered good quality and variety, catering to different tastes. the staff at the restaurant showed good service.

the room was quiet and large, providing ample space for relaxation, and it had a very nice moroccan theme. the hotel provides a variety of bath products with scents that suit every preference. overall the rooms were very clean.

The hotel features a casino next door. Events happen there weekly, however it was a bit busy. the spa is a must visit and offers a relaxing experience. the pools are massive and fine.

calm oasis close to medina

tranquil pool attentive staff delicious lunch great service
i got a day pass at the palace pool it proved very tranquil and luxurious. staff by the pool were attentive the receptionist was very helpful directing me to the spa. i found the lunch delicious karim provided great service. the whole day was very enjoyable
i found it somewhat disappointing that taxis sometimes cannot directly access the hotel entrance late at night due to the casino this means a walk from the gate

the hotel is conveniently positioned near the medina while remaining outside it in the hivernage residential quarter. this provides an escape from the medina's chaos while still being close to the attractions this is the best area to stay.

the staff are great and they take care of guest needs i noticed they even protect guests from shady transactions by ensuring the best drivers. they prevent tourists from falling into traps making sure they compensate the staff well.

The staff were helpful. I liked how quickly they responded to requests.
the air conditioning barely worked. the room was always too WARM, and it made it hard to sleep. it woke me up every morning.
