i got a day pass at the palace pool it proved very tranquil and luxurious. staff by the pool were attentive the receptionist was very helpful directing me to the spa. i found the lunch delicious karim provided great service. the whole day was very enjoyable
i found it somewhat disappointing that taxis sometimes cannot directly access the hotel entrance late at night due to the casino this means a walk from the gate

the hotel is conveniently positioned near the medina while remaining outside it in the hivernage residential quarter. this provides an escape from the medina's chaos while still being close to the attractions this is the best area to stay.

the staff are attentive and they take care of guest needs i noticed they even protect guests from shady transactions by ensuring the best drivers. they prevent tourists from falling into traps making sure they compensate the staff well.
